Account Blocking

We are for fair play!

This challenge is for honest runners. An account can be blocked if you systematically violate the challenge rules, manipulate runs, or cheat. Accounts are automatically blocked by the AI system. A blocked account cannot be unblocked. The tracker linked to the account is also blocked. All activities of a blocked account are cancelled.

Examples for account blocking include:

  1. Discovering duplicate accounts with identical runs.

  2. Uploaded activities labeled as "run" were done with transportation, displaying accelerations of 1 kilometer to 1:00-2:30 min/km, or non-running cadence.

  3. Long runs of more than 40-80 km are uploaded every day.

  4. Other recurring anomalies and suspicious activities are found.
